Ginu Niwas was a great place to live in during my assignment in Kathmandu for some 1.5 years. The building is modern, well kept and clean. The staff working on site are efficient and professional. Especially Mr. Kundan was always available and ready to help. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, and the location of the apartments was central and perfect for my needs.

I lived in Ginu Niwas Apt over 1 year during my stay in Nepal. It is well located, safe, clean, and modern. Also, the landlord is very responsive to my request all the time. So I was free of house-related issues. This is one of best apartments for expats. Definitely recommended.

Ginu Niwas was a fantastic place to stay. It was one of our best decisions we made to make our lives in Kathmandu easier as expats. We lived in the B-type unit, but was large enough for a family of three (we had a 1-year-old daughter). The furniture was very nice, having a washing machine helped us a lot, and the landlord and security staffs were always friendly and helpful. It is quite difficult to find quality but affordable apartment in Kathmandu. I strongly recommend this apartment for anyone who are looking for a comfortable stay in Nepal.

Ginu Niwas is a great place to live. The only reason my husband and I moved out was due to his relocation to another district in Nepal. The apartment we stayed in was clean, modern, safe, secure and up to western standards. The wi-fi worked 24/7, a big plus for us. The landlord and his son are very prompt in responding to any and all issues. The guards are very helpful too and hand delivered my newspaper to my door every morning. The apartments are in a great location as we could walk to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a gym and banks. As an ex-pat living in Nepal I highly recommend living at these apartments.
